Is the networking time an organized activity, or is it more of an unstructured time to visit with others? 

It is structured. We will have tables, and each person will be assigned three tables over the course of the structured networking time. This will allow you to connect with ~15 people more intentionally. That said, we will also have time for organic networking before and after. We recognize that networking can feel overwhelming for some, so our goal is to create opportunities to connect in both ways. 

What is the focus of the presentation? 

Jennifer Larsen with Wholstand Wealth Strategies will be briefly presenting her Networking Matrix. We want to provide networking tips to maximize your engagement and take some of those best practices and follow-up techniques with you to advance your networking beyond just that day of the event. 

What topics will be covered in the breakout groups? 

We will have a list of questions at each table that ask about a goal you have, a connection you want to make, how you got into what you're doing, etc. They will be there to help cultivate conversation if a group gets stuck, but we will have a facilitator at each table, and if the conversation goes a different way that feels productive, we'll follow it. It's structured enough to minimize any awkward interactions, but flexible enough to maximize engagement and help you make the most of the time connecting with other community leaders.
