Veramendi – a new master-planned community nestled in the historic city of New Braunfels, Texas – is strategically located along the Central Texas growth corridor between Austin and San Antonio. Veramendi’s rich history began when the first recorded landowner, Juan Martin de Veramendi, received a land grant from the Mexican Government in 1831.
