Clubhouse on Castell is new Braunfels' most intimate wine bar, inspired by the 1920s Parisian speakeasy. We pour unique curated labels from the Old World and New World - by flight or bottle - alongside artisanal small plates, flatbread, charcuterie boards, and premium cigars. Live music fills the room on select Thursday and Saturday evenings.
No loud TVs. No sports bar noise. Just great wine, great food, and great conversation. 

We host private events for every occasion: bridal showers, bachelorette parties, milestone birthdays, corporate happy hours, rehearsal dinners and anniversary celebrations to name a few. Choose from three packages - The Gathering (up to 15 guests, $150 room fee, no minimum spend), The Private Pour (exclusive off-hours access, starting at $750 room reservation fee and $750 minimum spend), or The Takeover (full buyout during open hours, starting at $1500 room reservation fee and $1500 minimum spend). 22.5% gratuity applies to all events. 

We are a woman-owned, veteran-owned business, proudly serving New Braunfels since Spring 2025. Our capacity is 70 inside with a patio for up to an additional 30 guests.
