Pathways to Leadership is a six-week program designed to help you better understand how our community and region work, how decisions are made, and how you can make a meaningful impact.
Pathways to Leadership combines conversation, hands-on activities, and opportunities to connect with local leaders and fellow participants. Each session explores a different part of the community, building toward a better understanding of how you can engage, serve and make an impact.
Participants are encouraged to attend all six sessions to get the most out of the program. Each week explores a different part of the community, and together the six sessions build a more complete picture of how New Braunfels works and the many ways you can get involved.

Pathways to Leadership is free and open to anyone who wants to better understand how our community works and find meaningful ways to get involved. You don't need a certain title, profession or level of community experience to participate.
